Mx83 Cressida prblems

Hi guys i have a problem with my Cressida still has the 7mge motor in it and when i start the motor up and rev it over about 1800rpm the engine warning light comes on, if i turn it off again and restart it will go out then i can drive it down the road and wont come on as long as i dont rev it over 1800rpm.Car is still running as normal and have had a diagnostic check done and it saying it is the speed control sensor .Has anybody had this type of problem before and how to fix.I have had it to a auto elect but could not help as needed circuit diagram layout of speedo circuit.

google tsrm...its 7mge and 7mgte bible for supras....but you should be able to relate to the circuit diagrams with minimal variation.

Is it speed sensor no1 or no2 ? They have separate codes.

Is it a Grande, series 1 or 2?

No it is not a grande .What are the 2 diff codes?.Auto elect just told me it was the code for speed sensor.
