If it is like a 1GGTE, there are two plugs on the left side of the engine (looking from the front) up the top, underneath the distributor.

I am only using one of these sensors with my aftermarket ecu, I can't confirm whether both are water temp.

I'm guessing that there is one for the dashboard warning/idiot light or gauge, one for the FI, maybe one for the cold start system and one for the cooling fans. Even with the differences between those with the thermostat located on the engine's inlet and those on the outlet, there isn't much difference in location.
If you're looking for the gauge/idido light, I'd guess that it is somewher on the engines water outlet, the upper radiator hose, and that it only has one terminal. What happens on the the dash when the sending unit/sensor is disconnected, the one with the single terminal? What happens when it is shorted to ground or connected to a test meter or test light?

    @ stefan
    nothing around distributer.
    @ allencr
there is one sensor with 2 wires at upper radiator hose.both wires r ground(checked with ohmeter).i removed the plug but the dash guage still works.removing plug or shortening it has no effect on electric fan,it remains off.cudnt find anyother thermo sensor.
any1 got idea where is the other sensor located??

So it doesn't have the plug you can see below the distributor in my pic? Hmm.
