wiring :(

im not the greatest when i comes to wiring, but the wiring around my fuel pump switch was a bit of a mess (there was alot of wires that simply lead to nothing and had been all grouped up in one big bunch), and i decided to clean in up a lil so to speek. It lead me to find this stuck in the car body, and for the life of me i can work what the hell its for hoping someone could help.




After this i took of the dash, and who ever had taken out the cd player etc decided it would be a great idea to leave all the wire higgly de piggel de all over the place. such fun. After following various cables that lead no where i found this one that had been shoved up through an air vent but im a lil baffled what its for.



any help would be great thanks .

the first image = you have pulled out your door switch what turns on the interior light.... put it back

just a hint too.....make the pic a bit smaller, so they fit on the screen. makes it heaps easier to see them

ahha thanks Witzl, least i now know what it is, now just to find which wires go where since the wires that lead out of it eventually connection into nothing.

..oh yer what would be a good size, (800x600) it hard to tell since the images fit on my screen but only because my res is rather large
