fuel surge tank connections

hi guys i have just brought a fuel surge tank fot my ta22 dose any one know what hose gose were the guy at auto one was not shure what was what

the bottom one will be your outlet the two on the side will be your feed and return and the top should be the return to tank

It wouldn't be the best idea cause the idea of a surge tank is that it remains full so the car doesn't surge. putting it on its side would only allow it to be half full unless you had the return line going above the surge tank itself
