any chance of a pic to see what angle the calipers are sitting on?
I would suggest that you take the master cylinder back to the brake shop you bought it from. Explain the problem you are having, and ensure that they know the calipers when changed had nil effect.
Definately time to talk to the experts.
good luck, cheers Chuck.

Which is the same as the stock Z32 position, i did however bleed them at all angles, and try the stock ma61 calipers with no joy.
I agree chuck, its just a shane that out here only brake guy is a old grump c**t that wont help let alone admit faulty item. Ive spoken to him briefly when i first got the MC and it had issues and he kept insisting it was air, and the MC would have to go back the supplier to check i didnt 'overbled' it before any refund/replace. What bullshit eh.
From my understanding and talking to a mechanic its impossible to hurt a MC when bleeding (providing its new and free of crap)
what sort of pads are you running? If you are used to high performance hard pads, which bite pretty hard...then softer pads may seem spongy to you...i found this on my ute which i put shit pads on...compared to the bendix ultimates (hard compound) they feel spongy as...

MA61 - sunroof., 7MGTE, 4.11 lsd, w58
MA61 - Built 2JZ, 9" diff, big brakes -1st car + the toy
LN167 - dual cab fourbie, gu patrol chassis + suspension/ driveline, built 1.5jz
Im running the pads that came with the calipers to bed the rotors in, no idea what compound they are. I know the feeling your talking about but this isnt 'spongy' in that way, you can push the pedal to the floor.
Ive got my hands on an original ma61 MC to rebuild and try so we will see how that goes
no way its the pads the pedal would not react the way it does if it were the padsOriginally Posted by Robbos_Toyotas
