Yes and no.
I'm no TA22 expert,but in theory you could do this, or something very similar to this.
The real question is; Should you be doing it? Will it improve anything? I don't know enough about the TA22 to be able to answer that for you...
You will need to compare steering arms for starters. The whole point of this swap is to use the shorter Celica arms in the Supra to improve steering response and lock, with the added bonus of gaining a few degrees of natural camber and/or coilovers. If your TA22 arms are already shorter than the xA6x Celica arms then this will probably not be a good thing for you to do.
