I was just checking back as i remember thinking early on this was going to fill up pretty quick so i started tee-ing up what extra spots i could - this thread's been going 2 months and it's normally full with a wait list in a few weeks. I have definately sent more PM's than i've received payments though, so maybe they're all lurking waiting till the last minute.

My car should be getting assesed this week.
Which means we can temporarily pull the rad support forward & fit the spare bonnet.
Any other "loose" bits will then be removed on the day (headlight, indicators, grill) which should help with cooling & air intake

If it's wet, I'm with Roundy in intending to cheat too

Yes, but apparently the Wakefield admin are getting a bit picky about pre-damaged cars turning up. And to be honest, I particularly feel like blasting down the straight at whatever speed this car will get to with a bonnet that only sitting down in the middle.
They've got no probs with you fixing damage caused at the track.
