I had a pair on the rear of the last Caldina the last time it went to Wakefield. I couldn't do the front cos they wouldn't clear the ST205 brakes.
I think these are only 7" wide. Factory rims off a 98 WRX.
7.5" +45 will be 1 or 2mm clearance on the rear, but fine on front.

Garth, I'm out for the mo.
If I can get the damage fixed on my car before then, I'll be in touch, but I severely doubt it.
Not unless Wakefield is going to accept a car literally covered in race tape.
wakefield has.... curious scrutineering. she'll be right
Without seeing it i can't be sure, but if you have no problem driving around on the street it might not be bad enough to get pulled up down there. Saying that, anything that looks like it could come loose while circulating will get pulled up, but that would probably fall into the 'not comfortable driving on the street' category anyway?
Note: These comments in no way constitute informed opinion of what will and won't be acceptable to wakefield park!! Just saying don't be too hasty to bail out. What's the forecast for parts and repairs?

as I said in another thread, hammer + race tape fixes all
I drove home last night along the M4 at highway speeds.
The bonnet is on both latches though I've had to molest the battery clamp to get it to stay down (it's bolted to the rad support).
Main issue is that the middle top of the rad support has been pushed back, bending the bonnet etc.
I'm a bit loath to try to pull it out in case I damage any of the cooler cores or piping in the process as they are currently still sealed.
Accident only happened yesterday. I've listed the parts I think I need in my thread, but I still need to see a panel beater to confirm that I've covered everything, then I'll confirm parts lists so repaired can then get parts prices.
As I reckon nearly everything will have to come ex Japan (especially the rad support), it could take a while.
The rad support is the only thing that requires any work, everything is bolt on/off.
Might get hold of Wakefield & ask the question, though I'd be expecting to hit a lot more than the 130km/h down the main straight I was maxing out in the last Caldina.
I'll come if i have someone to share cars with again

Only trying to get down 0.17 megawatts to the bitumen helps too

Roundy: you cheat
Haha, i had a great time in the wet last time, wouldn't mind at all. But being just under 4 weeks off i'm not going to put too much weight in that forecast.
Car got a wash the other day! Been so busy with work and a few other things that's all i've had time to do, nothing else has progressed at all. It REALLY needs a polish too but i think i'm going to go take it for a blat now instead...
Still spots available too, only people paid up are the ones in the first post; what happened to all the keen people?! I expected to be wrangling extra spots by now.
