I'am planning a 1uz-fe conversion in my 93 extra cab 2wd hilux and have picked up a bosch fuel pump fairly cheap {0580254909}. Is this suitable for such a conversion, is it border line for a stock 1uz or have i got some capacity for upgrades in the engine department,ie; piggy backs and extractors.Any advice or specs on this pump would be appreciated, this site has been very helpfull in the past with the whole BA falcon/Nissan caliper brake upgrade threads and coming from an old school v8 chevy background i have been enlightened to the performance/economy scene of jap engines, something you can't have with old school carby technology.
Type "bosch 909" into google. This is one of the links:

"Bosch 909 fuel pump provides 148LPH of flow and operate at 72.5PSI."
The common 910 pump supposedly supplies 130LPH and is fine for 300rwkw depending on which websites you believe.
It will be fine. It will be overkill actually.
(I'm running a 204rwkw 1UZ on a stock toyota 2L atmo fuel pump).
