I was talking about the 2T-GEU which has 4 plugs, ditto for the 18R-GEU. I didn't mention the 3T-GTEU because getting parts is difficult.Originally Posted by Sleepy1

3TGE hybrid doesn't have 8 spark plugs, it's a combination of 2TG head and 3TC block. The twinspark engine is the 3TGTE, which is the one with all the uber-rare or expensive parts.Originally Posted by Sleepy1

Having a ke 30 with a 2tg and a ke35 with an 18rg, next time I willl go with the 3tg hybrid. 18rg is a big heavy lump which detracts from handling in this model( it has a definite place in other vehicles, but is to heavty in this one), to a far greater extent than the marginal peformance increase it provides over a 2tg in this model. Hence next time I will look at the 3tg, much easier to fit and about the same cost with less weight. Second choice would be the 4age but this involves more work.
