changing gearbox and tuning

this i a weird question i guess but i'm about to get my car dyno tuned as it has a haltech and hasn't been tuned properly yet, but i want to change the gearbox so i have better ratios that match the engine. which i have. will it matter if i get the car tuned now with the current gearbox and change it later, like will this fuck up the tune if i change the gearbox . some help would be great as i only have a few days till it goes to get tuned

tuned for road use slight change in ratios shouldn mean shit.

Tuning will be done in 4th gear (or whatever gear is a 1:1 ratio) so yeah the gearbox won't mean shit to the tuner.
