Im using 5/8ths hole & 5/8ths thread.
The Linear Bearings part number is RMT 10X5.
The only problem is they dont make a LH thread version.
5/8 thread will be more than strong enough.
Alot of poeple use smaller joints but i decided to go over kill because of the planned drag use which will see alot of load transfer due to the grip of sticky track.

Did the spacers you are using have a sleeve to go from 5/8 to 12mm? The wall is thin but should not be a problem.
What size do people use on the diff end of the panhard? is a little over 20mm from my quick measurements

i've find one friend in germany, who helped me to buy Fluro bearings (the ones on the picture in post #1).
will try them.
oldeskewltoy, *) we don't planed mass produce w/ "options" i think you can modify your bented arms, or buy toyota ones
we also have one interesting thing for is200/altezza - quick steering knuckles, also working as roll center adjusters for lowered cars

we've finally did it
just need to be painted...
I can't find any simple solution with rod-ends, so we just use a spherical bearings from Russian truck "MAZ" and have made everything independently.
p.s.
if anyone here interested, PM me.
also in future you can change the bearing with any other in 25mm external diameter.
I've also ordered japanese bearing IKO, which is 100% the same in sizes.
sorry for my poor english guys

Hi Boo,
Looking good.
Do the wheels hit them because they're straight?
I've never really looked under the car at full lock, so I'm not sure how close the wheel gets to the factory ones, but it's a fair difference.

we've produce first version (in first post, what was straight) and when fitted on my car, wheels were too close to wheels, but don't hit.
but i've +33 offset wheels.
so we produce the second version, what can be fitted even to stock lexus/altezza wheels with +50 offset.
the second version (on my last post) is very close to stock arm in a term or geometry, and fitted w/o any problem with any wheels.
I'm planning to rebuild completely all suspensions arms, and put in them spherical bearings and adjustments to have fully adjustable suspension.
