bell-housing, gearbox, tailshaft, gearbox cross-member, flywheel, clutch, pressure-plate, clutch slave, hard-line/soft-line, clutch master, neutral-start switch bypassed, shifter boot and clutch-alignment tool would be things confirm you have before starting.

You can do this in-car but will require a number of jacks to hold engine/gearbox up.

oh, nearly forgot - to spell things before posting:
    manual - manule
    dona - donor
    wat - what
they're all words that - if spelt correctly - will make a auto-to-manual gearbox conversion a bit easier.

    ahaha

yeah dont forget to swap stuff like throwout bearing as well. i havent done one on a mr2 but i mated a t5 to a slant 6. before you start, take photos of a few different angles of your donor car so see how it was set up. if you get stuck, just keep asking questions mate!

Spigot bearing isn't something you wouldn't want to forget either. I changed a mysteriously fucked clutch last week to find out someone didn't use a spigot bearing
