IG- --> Tacho output
IGN POWER --> +12V Switched ignition power
IGF --> Igniter verification output
GND --> Ground

Hi I'm looking for the pinouts for a 1jzgte Ignitor, not for the 12 pin plug with the IG1-6 that comes from the ecu or the 6 signal to ignite the coils, I'm more interested in the plug with the 4 pins and what each pin is for, any helpl will be great

Thanks Wilbo, Is the "Charge Time" Dwell regulated buy the ecu (IGT signal) or by the Ignitor itself?

The igniter is dumb.
Dwell is controlled by the ECU.
From memory IGTx are +12V? signals from the ECU... and while there is +12V on the IGTx pin the IGCx pin is GND'd and then when +12V is removed form the IGTx pin the IGCx pin goes open circuit and the spark is triggered...(I can't remember if the ECU outputs +5V or +12V without checking)
See this thread

Majority ecu ign outputs are 5v. Not that it would make much difference anyway.
131OWN, this is the diagram i was going to send you, i forgot all about it![]()
