Comp fault on later startup Gen 3 3SGE

Ok, I have finished installing the Gen 3 3SGE, it started fine no problems.

Started it a few days later after I overhauled the front end sus and brakes and now I have a code 14 error (it starts and runs for 3 secs and stops with code). Unsure of error I think its no IGF signal form igniter.

Choice's I think I have:

1. Igniter is stuffed, I think I may have dropped when tidying up wiring (used the 5SFE unit)

2. Comp is stuffed ( I hope not)

3. Maybe the 5SFE unit isn't good enough and install the igniter that came with loom.

Any hints or helpful advise??

1 thing I am only assuming that code 14 is what it is as all other codes in toyota books are the same for code 14. I do not have the book for a Gem 3 so it makes it hard.
