clutch master problems

Hey guys,
I've got an mx62 cressida that has been converted to manual and has been having some problems lately.

Recently the pedal has been very soft and the bight point of the clutch is just above the floor. The master was found to be leaking down the inside of the fire wall and so i bought a rebuild kit and did that, put it back in and bled the clutch (definately no air) and still the problem remains.

I was wondering could this be put down to damage on the inside wall of master? Because while i had it out i was cleaning everything out i saw some slight imperfections inside the bore.

I'd buy a new master, they are around $50.

$130 is wat i got quoted for a new master but that was auto barn. I was leaning towards just doing that ne way. Cheers mate.

Yeah, someone mentioned that Celica ones were much more expensive than MA61 ones?

Anyway do some ringing around and ya should be able to get one for around $50...pretty sure...
