do i have to relocate the dipstik on the 7mgte for a mx10 conversion...i have both a mx10 sump and a mx13 sump wats the best to use..

No.

They should be pretty much the same sump. Does the MX10 sump have an oil return for the oil cooler?

yes it does...but dont i have to put the mx10 sump on the 7mgte?

Yep. MX13 and MX10 are essentially the same sump. The oil return fitting just allows you to easily it plumb back.
