big one goes to battery, small one is charge light.

Have a 2 wire bosch alternator in my st162 and the its starting to play up and needs a rebuiuld. I cant be bothered and dont want to spend the dollars for an auto elec so want to put a spare low km st202 one back in.
Just need to know what the 2 wires are so i can rewire the other one.
Cheers, StuC

yeah - i just dont wanna spend the cash for a new reg and some bushes even though its probs only 50bucks. I have this 202 alternator which has done 2000kms and a million brackets to suit so i just want to chuck that on.
Thanks for that Stu
The last time I did the bushes on a bosch I think they cost me 5 dollars from an auto elec, but think about it its a big investment. Nah seriously just get the bushes and solder them yourself, not real hard.
Getting your missus to help bleed the brakes isn't everybody's idea of quality time.
