Default Do i need to upgrade my fuel pump ?? See inside

    Hi guys

I have a 1J Mx83 with a HKS T04R and am looking at running more boost soon (currently running 8 PSI) but am worried about leaning out with my current fuel pump

ATM i have a Walbro 255lt intank Fuel pump and am looking at running 15 PSI

    Will this be sufficient?

Does anyone run the same fuel pump on 15 PSI or maybe even more?

    All comments welcome

    Josh

The Walbro pump should be sufficient at 15psi.. it can even support more in most applications.. What is the make up of the rest of you system, especially your injectors?FPR ?

Should be OK, but install a fuel pressure gauge and keep an eye on it when it's on the dyno. If the pressure starts to drop in the top end you need to upgrade the fuel pump, if not it's all good.
