    Default RA28 GT suspension

    I've searched around and seen different setups, I'd like to know all my options before I buy anything.

    I want to upgrade the suspension, and have the car low, stiff and handle well.

    I assume I need:
    lowering springs
    stiffer shocks
    adjustable panhard rod
    roll centre adjusters
    upgraded bushings

    do I need anything else for a fast road car? e.g. traction brackets etc.?
    I don't want to use coilovers.
    How low can I go still using normal stroke shocks?

    What TRD suspension parts are still available?

    What are my manufacturer choices for the above list?

    edit: and where can I get oem size grooved brake discs?
