Another dampner on the evening... I have just spoken to my mate and the car won't be ready to be dropped off till tommorow.

I'm sure Ian will be able to put up some photos of the "beast" when it arrives.

No problem. We will have a chat and come up with a game plan.

It's been sorted and it'll be down tommorow... the bloke had trouble getting it out from the back paddock to drop it out the front as Adrian can't get the truck out the back.

We'll have to work out the funds too - give me a ring tonight before you go to the meeting? Maybe around 5pm after I finish work?

Last night was great. Had a turnout of 7 guys plus 4 that couldnt make it. Got a game plan happening and went over a few of the points. We will meet again in a fortnight (Thursday 10th of July) ready to strip out the car,evaluate and get to work. After this we will be meeting on a weekly basis, but the day we meet may alter from week to week, decided by the guys who are present that week.

We've had some really good ideas and some generous offers.

We will start a member's ride thread after the next meet to log the progress for those interested.

Just a reminder for those interested. Tomorrow night we are having our second meeting at Ian's place to strip the red 28 and work out what we keep, sell and throw. I have also sourced another 28 and an 18rg in alot better condition. Will discuss with you guys further tomorrow night...

Ok. Slim and I are going to get one of the 28's tonight. The seller is still sussing out his options on the other one, but we can take one for now at least. We won't be at the meeting till about 830-9pm tonight now, so you guys will have to start stripping and sorting the red one before we roll up.

How would everyone feel about making the next meeting this Sunday?

I'm unable to make it this Thursday, and I think a slightly earlier start (ie. 5pm) would save us from getting home after midnight...
