For future sump removals, just buy a big ass woodworking chisel. Cheap as anything from Bunnings. They also come in handy for removing the old sealant.

Did mine on the weekend using an old mower blade. Sharpened the end the bolt goes through, and used the bent end on the blade to tap with a hammer. From finding the blade to having the sump off took about 10 minutes - though the block was on a stand![]()
