te72 oil pressure gauge measurement.

Hey Hey,

What measurement does the oil pressure gauge read in ? Just has 2, 4, 6 and then 8 i think.

My old corona with a stock 3.8 V6 sits on about 4 bar at idle and this sits on 1 which makes me thinks its something else ?

Maybe get an Auto meter gauge to confirm. Seems logical thought it being bar. My 350z has 30psi 60psi 90psi in the same spots as 2 4 6 bar.

Update: I put a on a Greddy oil pressure gauge and it is nowhere near what is on the factory Toyota dash. I read 5.75 bar at idle with 20w-50 oil. The dash would read between 2 and 4. So that confirms I have no Idea what the numbers on the dash represent.
