5K Conv to Solid Lifters (food for thought!)

I dont have time to translate whole page.
Here is some info:

-Mitsubishi Evo 9 injectors. Engine management by Hestec or Tatech.
-Arrow solid lifters 50,8g each.
-Wiseco pistons 82,92mm and bore is 83,92. Weight 360g with rings. He also states that piston pin was off by 0.07mm for some reason. Originally pistons came 0,4mm too high from block deck.
-Original Wiseco piston pin weights 57,9g but he uses heavy duty ones that weights 80g.
-Camshaft is made by Kontkanen and model is R310 with 106 degree something. Cant remember the right term but intake and exhaust noses are 106 degree apart...
-Verdi connecting rods, 131mm long and weights 417,1g. For comparison, 4a-ge 122mm long rod with 42mm big end weights 530g and the 5K more beefier 120mm long rod weights 509g even after making these lighter...
-Oil pump is Genuine Toyota 5K. He states that there are two types of 5K oil pumps and it would good idea to use the long leg one.
-He uses 3K head which flows 161hp at 10mm lift.

Oil pump is Genuine Toyota 5K. He states that there are two types of 5K oil pumps and it would good idea to use the long leg one

Does anyone know which models these two 5k oil pumps come from?
