Converting MZ20 to 4 stud

What parts could be used in converting a Z20 series Soarer to 4 stud without detrimentaly impacting on the cars braking ability?

I suspect because the Tempe Royal Blitza 22" wheels he wants that are on ebay are 4 stud. Let's just say that any savings you might make by buying a cheap set of wheels will very likely be negated by the cost of reverse engineering to 4 stud.

lol.. cheap 20+ inch is tempting, but the reasoning is actually access to 15in SSR wheels in nice widths with neg offsets.

The mentality of redrilling wheels is well on par with a 4 stud downgrade.
