ohs noes, no reputation so I must be intellectually defunct and not worthy of help in the tech and conversions section...

Re-drilling looks gay, and isn't possible with some of the wheels I have in mind.

SSR produced 5 stud MK1's but they are few and far between. Considered hanging out for some cheap ones and have them widened.... ill minded yeah its D-limo off auszoku. A phat set of MkII's is what I would really love

S13 brakes and hubs for the front???

Just deal with the fact that the wheels you would ideally like to have are not available in 5 stud. Its not that big of a deal really. Then once youve overcome your fear of odd numbers just go out and buy some nice 5 stud wheels - of which there is no shortage since you can pick and choose from s14's, Skylines, and a plethora of other vehicles.

If you really want those wheels then buy a car with 4 stud hubs. Alternatively, buy a Citroen or Peugot and upgrade the hubs from 3 to 4 stud.

yea you would be able to just convert to s13 front end setup, as for the rear not to sure what sort of setup does the mz20 have is it a diff or live axle?

i've seen a couple of sets of the longchamps in 5 stud as pictured above. there was a full set of 4 that actually came off a z20 in japan i think. was a sick set with like 9j fronts and 10j rears with some tasty offsets. big flares were needed.

should have bought those 5 stud Mk I's before john got onto em haha

The correct term would be live axle or irs.

    It has irs.

Even if the wheels he wanted were given to him with a few pineapples on top it would not negate the cost of converting to s13 suspension.

I cant belive im saying this...

S13's are macperson strut...so short of converting the entire front end to Silvia gear its not gonna work...especially seeing Z20's are double wishbone

your ONLY chance would MAYBE be using NA R32 or NA R33 gear...even then it probably wont fit...and would require expenditure that was out of this world for a purpose that is so retarted its not funny

    This is friggen stupid.
Remove hubs get a set made, may aswell make them from a good 7000 series alloy while doing it.
Will need rotors rerilled and that it.
Cheapest and easyest way. worth doing just so you can have easy available wheels? No!

infact you could fabricate whole new front and rear end. to suit your wheels.
Im happy to do the work at a a small rate of 20 bux a hour plus material and consumables cost.

Chances are a big neg offset will stuff your scrub radius so it doesnt matter how much you screw your brakes its not gonna drive well anyway.

while im ranting on gayness WTF is with people thinking a S13 front end is a universal front end upgrade. there is not 1 car other than a S13 where its wholy beneficial

EDIT. on a serious note send me your hubs and i can fab a set.

If you can redrill a 5 by 114.3 axle flange to 4 by 114.3 it suggests there's enough material to redrill a 5 by 114.3 hub to 4 by 114.3. Pull your discs off, have a look, do some measuring.
But as everyone has said, no one would do it - has nothing to do with rep, just motivation - no one here would be motivated to do what you're trying to achieve. Given that you're intending on widening the rims they're obviously not exactly the right set either, so the logic is slightly lost.

there are plenty of fooly sik wheels on yahoo, maybe you just need a different car?
or alternatively, get the centres custom made, and then fit them to whatever wanky outers you want..

there are two sets of 15x7 +24's on there right now..

i am not sure what the attraction is.. they are just a flat disc?

why not buy 4 studs in the offset you want, and 5 studs for the centres, and swap the centers over..
then you can also mix and match to change widths etc

unless they are ghey fake 2/3 piece
