+1 For bleeding brakes all round. Start with the wheel the longest distance from the master cylinder. Always recommend bleeding brakes with two people too!!!! Gotta be careful when bleeding though not to push the pedal all the way to the floor as this pushes the piston past it's normal operating point and can do damage (rare though) to the master cylinder. Also, check that there isn't liquid leaking from around the bleed points as if liquid is going out then air can come back in and make it spongy!!! Check your rubber brake lines too. If they are cracked - even slightly - then replace them!
