And it's sooooo worth it.I love the one in mine.
This is how I replaced the standard MA61 drivers side power window switch with an auto up/down model.
This would not have been possible without the help of GA61XX who made up the modified wiring loom. Huge thanks to him.
Here's what I started with - the control box and the power switch.
Switch and box
This is a photo from GA61XX on starting the loom.
1) The plug for the window switch can be sourced from a RA60/5, MA61, hatch rear demister / wiper switch.
2) The plug for the control box is from a RA60/5, MA61, radio plug.
The Blue plug in the photo below is factory hatch rear demister / wiper plug from a MA61.
Note:- the wire's / pin's from the factory MA61 Blue plug, are plug & play in the hatch rear demister / wiper plug
New plug on MA61 loom
This is the final loom with the new plugs fitted:
Final modified loom
Here's what was in my car - busted up, half glued and screwed in power switch.
Broken switch
I made up some brackets to hold the new switch in. If it's screwed into the door then the plastic clip on cover doesn't fit.
Brackets
This is where I fitted the control box:
Box in door
And the final product.
Finished
For reference, here's the wiring loom from GA61XX - his loom worked like a charm.

Thanks
