results: finally got new plugs in. Had to order some in and then stuffed around trying to find feeler guages. Just got some new ones in the end.

BCPR7e's gapped to .71mm and it started first go.

Not starting it again until I can connect laptop to it and pull some bloody fuel out!

Moral: always check the simple shit first

Pricks dont like to spark through carbon much

Although sometimes with a fully charged battery and some persistance you can get it going. Easier on a whole to just change the plugs, especially when a retune is on the cards soon.

Yes I deserve that

Although, may change to that 3 coil setup Todd so it is easier to change plugs. Bit difficult with the seperate pos and negs how it is now.

Funny thing is, I bought new clips for the coil on plug setup too. But then got frustrated with them, works fine as it is, but yeah.. mega confusing

I really only intended on leaving it that way until I got a retune. Plan was to run the 3 coil setup, with a larger plug gap, and more dwell time which should give a stronger spark.

So keep that in mind. Also, with the plug cover, I dremeled out room for leads to run through to each plug. So if you still have it, works good too
