    Default 2jz-ge map sencer

    I was wandering if anyone could tell us if a 1jz-gte map sencer would work on a 2jz-ge motor.
    1990 SW20 MR2 turbo Gen III 3S-GTE conversion, 3" exhaust = 264.9rwhp
    1985 JZA61 2JZ-GTE + TO4Z = 442.1rwhp @ 18psi
    1991 JZA70 Limited 2JZ-GTE vvti GTX30/76r
    1994 GZX90 Mark II 1GZ-FE V12
    1980 MA45 Undergoing Restoration

    sensor

    so 1jzgte sensor on a 2jzge? if so no it won't work.

    Nope, NA and turbo sensors have a different pressure range, for obvious reasons.

    The map sensor on my 2.2litre camry motor plugs in although I have never tried to run it with same

    you could always use something like a 1JZGTE map sensor and scale the signal electronically.

    but im sure there is many NA toyota engines that have compatable sensors
