Default TA22 - unleaded filler neck

Folks I need to visit the wreckers to find an unleaded filler neck to put in the TA22

I don't have the original filler neck from the 22 - anyone know if there is something that I can borrow from another car that may suit?

......70's KE model Corollas had similar filler necks on their B or C pillars.....only know cos I was at Centre Rd wreckers the other day and realised they all had the same fuel caps and also fuel necks / collars.......not sure about getting an unleaded one though

Compliance shops used to ram/screw a restrictor in the filler neck to "convert" it to unleaded. I don't know where you would find the ring though.

Ahff, this unleaded filler nonsense is truly rediculous... Anyone remember when leaded fuel was last sold?

Umm... actually you only need an "Unleaded Fuel Only" sticker. Look at any unleaded motorbike, they all have the larger opening on the tank, and they all have the UFO sticker. I would check more into that, as the smaller necks are a farce, and anyone who has used diesel will know that they have a manual lever you must move to get the handle out of the holster to remind you it's diesel.
