Did you remove the cold start injector, or the cold start injector thermo switch?
I am confused, as simply switching turbo's should would not have required these parts to be touched.
cheers Chuck.

i didnt do the upgrade, a workshop here in SA did. overall its done very neatly, but the next morning its a pain in the ass to start
Have a good look at the water temp senders at the front of the engine, and make sure the plugs are all connected.
Or take it back to the workshop, and tell 'em not happy Jack.
cheers Chuck.

would love to drive it there but currently have a dislocated knee. there appears to be a hose or two blocked off though. ill have a look at the sonsers in the morning. cheers mate +rep
still no luck with thes fellas. all plugs are connected and clean. there is one hose that is blocked off but i cant see anywhere for it to go
Photo of said hose and surrounding area please.
Your idle control is completely independant to the turbos. You say your turbos have stuffed seals though... so thus you may in fact be putting too much oil into the intake, which won't be a problem once things are warm, but can play havoc when cold.
Also check the oxygen sensor, did they move that?? They may have broken the internal heater and it is just taking too long to warm up.
Further to that, if no resolution, GET A BLOODY MATE TO DRIVE IT BACK TO THE WORKSHOP IF YOU CAN'T!! If it idled well when you took it there, then it should idle well when it comes back. Fullstop.
Cheers, Owen

does water run threw the throttle body for the cold start ?
i dont have a funny or cool signature.
How will water running through the TB help cold start?? The water is COLD at cold start and doesn't help shit!!
Cheers, Owen

my bad i was thinking off fast idle not cold start, some throttle bodies use the water for fast idle, when the water is warm it idles back down.

ill get some pics this afternoon, yes the oxygen sensor had to be moved because a new dump pipe was made. I should hopefully be fitting new turbos next week. so ill look over the oxygen sensor and see how i go
