My 4agte died- Now no Spark

A couple of months ago I was cruising down the highway and my car just died, so I pulled over and tried to start it again but it had nothing. I then left it for a while then it miraculously started again.

It had been ok up until the other day when it stopped and has not started again. Before it stopped for good it stuttered a few times then kept on going. I went and did what I had to do at the shops, then started it and on my way home the same thing happened- couple of stutters but this time it died and would not start again. I tried pulling the codes but nothing, not even the constant flashing to say that everything is OK. I thought my ecu had died so I got another one but with the new one in still has no spark. The reason I thought it was going to be the ecu is because the check light would come on from time to time saying knock sensor issues but then it would go away, it was very intermittant... I thought it just may have fully carked it but this doesn't seem to be the case.

Can you guys give me any help on what I should be checking? I was told to check that pins 12 and 13 on the 22pin connector had 12v power and they do. I was also told to check CAS but I dont know how to do this exactly? I was also told to check signal to ignitor and the ignitor, this may sound stupid but I can find it, if it resembles anything like a 1j one I cant find anything that looks like that.

Everything is stock 4agze ae101 except with a turbo....
