Ripped off by Toymods member. Options?

I'm curious, it isn't a toymods member but a member from another forum..

If you buy a turbo off someone and they say to you "Just make it $30 postage" and then they dont even post it registered post and it never turns up, we can verify we've paid for it but the seller cannot even verify its been sent and its been 3 weeks since the money cleared..

what happens now? We have already demanded a refund and said if the turbo ever shows up that we'll send it back and now he's like "How do I know you dont have the turbo..."

We needed this turbo immediately so Eddy can drive to work etc and its just been a kick in the dick.

We know where he lives and have given him some options:

A) Refund the money
B) We turn up at your door and collect $280 worth of your stuff

If we ever see the turbo we'll either send it back or give him the cash, but we probably dont even need the bloody thing anymore, its been 3 weeks... so much for an instant fix.

SEPTEMBER SQUALL has ripped me off and at least one other member that I know of, he owes in excess of $700 to us and has ignored Pm's from both of us and the moderators, at the same time as trying to sell stuff on this forum.

Ill be getting my money within the next weekend when I drive 9+ hours to get it.

But what i want is this con and thief neg rep'd off this forum and ridiculed. Some of his tricks include posting u a copy of the transaction screen from his bank to prove payment - when it is actually the screen before u confirm payment.

hey fellas, I recently did a favour for a 2000+ rep member on this froum and purchased a set of discs for them and machined them up for them, at considerable cost and time to me.

I didn't send them until they proved payment, which I did after i seen a screen dump of their payment to my account ( or so I thought).

they placed the screen dump of the transaction on the forum, ( little did i realise but it is the screen before u actually confirm payment).

Anyway I have sent the item and they have it, and I have no money.

I have sent alot of Pm's and emails but the only reply so far is 'U saw the payment when i put it on the forum'.

i don't know what more I can do before I go somewhere I don't want to, any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

don't take offence but rest assured that your 'advice' is amongst the least significant of influences in my life right now, even though that may be to fathom considering you're tactfully threatening to drive across the country to extract the vengence to which you are entitled by hook or crook.

But think of it like this, since you are at the bottom there is nowhere to go but up.

i disagree. you can keep fighting, struggling, pouring your heart and soul and effort into this insignificant existence or just say stop the fucking ride, i want to get off.
