Default Ripped off by a toymod member (yes another thread)

    Howdy lads,

THIS IS A COPY FROM THE OTHER THREAD AND ITS ABOUT THE SAME ISSUE.

I was wondering how I would go about raising an matter of an undelivered item from a member on this site. We agreed on the price and I deposited the money into his account. He received the $$$ as he sent me a PM to advise me of this and that the item was being posted the next day. Fast forward two weeks and it hadn't shown up so I sent him a PM asking him if he had sent it. He said that it have came back to him cause of my address was smudged away. He then told me that he re sent it 2 and half weeks ago. So I waited untill this day and still nothing. Its now been over a month to send something from NSW to Adelaide go figure. I sent him another PM not long ago and couple days later i checked he was actively was set on the day after i sent him that PM and still havnt got a PM back from him.

The item i have brought from this dude costed me $350. Maybe if it wasnt worth that much yes i will forget about it but this item i purchase was important to me and would have spent that $350 else where by now.

If anyone in NSW can help me out to find this guy that be ace.

Any help will be much appreciated.

    Thanks very much,

    Heng

Understand the angst involved, but wouldnt it have been easier to post this in the other thread?

Nope, a liberal coating of clear packing tape (at a few cents a metre) is prudent methinks

    Mehhh, I'm closing this thread.

As mentioned, there's an existing thread for this, so please use that one.
