Default MA61 rotors to Rt142 rear

Was going to buy some new Rt142 rear rotors and was told by my local supplyer that these intems were no longer available.

So i was going to change them to MA61 rotors and callapers.
Cant seem to find to much info on this so i'm assuming it all bolts up?

    Cheers Case

Yes MA61 rotors and calipers will bolt up to the RT142 IRS rear arms

I have RT142 rear arms in my MA61.

    Cheers

As far as i know RA65,SA63,MA61,RT142 and MX73 all share the same IRS sub frame altough the brake set up vairys along with the diff either T or F.

Don't know anyting about the MZ12 at all. Have a look in the DBA catalog.

I just went to put the MA61 rotors on and i can't get them to fit over the hand brake shoes?

The hand brake is off and wound right in.

The id on the RT142 rotors is larger the MA61 rotors?

Not sure on IDs... (have you measured?)

But MA61 handbrake shoes work with MA61 disks... (and will fit to the RT142 rear arms fine).

I'm a bit surprised they are different, but measuring RT142 vs MA61 should clear it up...

    Cheers

Ive since worked out that MZ12 and MA61 and MX 73 all have different rear rotors and callipers . We wonder why toyota do these things.
MX 73 has th largest of the 3 .
