its april and i still havent received any of my renewal forms yet. i pm'ed Kirsty about my change of address in October.

i've got no qualms with renewing my membership (even though i dont see any of the financial benefits the NSW members do), to me i consider it a premium fee for use of the forums (i.e. giving something back to help maintain the infrastructure), but i have to see something in the post telling me to renew..

i just feel that this years renewals have been somewhat slack? i mean wheres the forms? wheres the AGM Proxy Votes? blar de blar..

hamgatan.... you can download membership forms from the membership page on the website. Membership has always been renewable at the start of each year. It's great to see your enthusiastic about being a financial member even though you're in WA!
As for the AGM packs, I think we hit a few snags (not entirely sure, was o/s at the time), and in the end Kirsty had to collate, fold, stuff and address all these by herself. So all in all I thought we did OK.

Please don't forget we are all volunteers who run this club, and at times, our lives do get busy much the same as anyone elses. We all put in a bunch of time and effort with the only reward being the thanx and appreciation of our members.

    Hamgatan,

I don't know what has happened to your package,

Every financial member was sent out one. I folded, stuffed, addressed and posted them all myself.

Best I can do now is post your out another pack, or the membership forms are able to be downloaded from the membership page as Dav has already said.

    Kirsty,

I renewed my membership at the club meeting before last and asked for a sticker to be included instead of the other options. Will you be sending my membership card and sticker out?

    Cheers,

    Peter

I'm in the same boat as Wilbo.
Paid Kirsty in Jan this year. I don't mind waiting for T-shirts etc but the forum membership upgrade and the membership card would be nice.

    Cheers

Good news on the shirts... we've got a new supplier and put the initial order through. We'll post up an expected delivery time as soon as we get an ETA from the supplier

    Thanks Kirsty.
If it's not too much longer for the shirts I'll just wait. Otherwise I'd appreciate the card/sticker sooner.

Nothing's arrived at my end as of this morning 17/05. Went to the PO but the box was bare. Did you post to PO Box in Wenty?

Just seeking confirmation that my membership payment has been received (sent 5/4/08) by Toymods and that I'm still a paid up member. If so, I guess my membership card is on the way. Thanks in advance.
