I don't know that you will get much in the way of oversize valves in to a 20v. They are a little crowded up there.
You might want to try giving your local TRD dealer a call though.
Has anyone seen oversize valves for sale to 20v?
If you have, please gimme a link. No phone numbers please
Thanks, Pasi

There really isnt a lot of room to work with, you'd max out at 1mm oversize for sure.
you can only go about 0.5mm oversize, so it's not really worth it. Afaik there is no manufacturer that does them as a standard item - so it's a custom job anyway.

Everything bigger is improvement.
But no need for tech lecture, just need to source those valves

Hehe,
If boost isnt an option boobs will certainly help ease the pain.
TRD did do some interesting things with these engines but I don't know if oversize valves was one of them. You might have to get some custom (expensive) work done.

Bear in mind that the closer the valves are to the bores, other valves, the less area there is for the air to flow around. Sometimes less is more.
The 20v certainly has cool factor but unfortunately 5 valves per cyl. has proven to be a marginal improvement at best over a standard 4 valve head in standard form and way left behind when it comes to heavy modification.
If you really want a big power NA 4ag you really cant go past an atlantic spec 16v bigport head (or something like it).

TRD never did os valves for the 20v, and you dont need them
either port the exhaust ports, or use a black top head. the restriction in the silvertop is the ports not the valve
atlantic spec = crap for anything but pure race
The head will be heavily modded and the exhaust valves need to be bigger.Originally Posted by Toycrash

Toyocrash: Looks like you will need to get them made up.
Let us know how you go with it as well as what size you can make fit.
Cheers,
Terry.
