If the valve is new, try contacting Turbosmart. It may be badly machined/have a poor finish.
If it's an older valve, try taking it to bits, giving it a propper clean to get rid of the muck that tends to accumilate. Re-assemble using some lube for the piston. I use to use silicone spray on an BOV I had years ago.

Long vac lines and/or vac lines with lots of t pieces are possible causes.

leeroy is on the money, make sure it has a nice clean vac signal with the shortest possible length of hose.

how much boost are you running? sometimes with big boost or a small turbo it will still give a couple of pulses before the bov releases pressure.

a large intercooler can also be a factor aswell.

You wound it out to redline as in RPM redline??

OR on the turbosmart bov there is a physical "red line"?

Im thinking you did the first one.

there is a red stop line on the bov to tell you dont go any looser.

my setup consists of a t04e, 450x300x75 intercooler, the bov is brand new, the vac line cant get any shorter, there is no t pieces in the line, running 7 psi, im going to turn up the boost to 14 psi and see if it starts working as it should make it easier to suck open,

turbosmart doesnt have an email address or a phone number so i cant contact them. or if they do i cant find it.

try lubing your piston ( )

mine used to stick on cold mornings, get some woompah up its shitter though and she'd free up...or blow a hose off, usually the valve would get its act together. might be the same case with yours sticking a bit...
