jzx81 fuel filter

Hi guys I am having a hard time trying to find the correct filter for my jzx81 1jz. I have done a search but cant find any part numbers. Do I need to get it from toyota? Every one I have tried from repco is wrong. Can you help please?

i used a 2jzge one on mine with a small spacer on the bracket to make it fit.

Hey mate

I was in the exact same predicament as you where with my jzx81 I actually unbolted my toyota genuine one and took it to my local parts store which are hugely helpful so hopefully u have this same resource and they found me a universal ryco one which worked beautifully mind u it didnt bolt on like the standard one but if youre fussy you can buy a bracket for it to sit in and u could bolt it to the strut tower instead of under the plenum me I just used zipties lol .
Failing that I was just gonna run an inline filter further back like the nissans run.
Or you could just spend the uber dollars and get a toyota genuine one

If you dont want 2 fork out for a genuine one then you can go to repco and get a RFF92 of a 80 series 4.5 petrol cruiser they are exactly the same as the genuine one
