Well just PM me the deets man
I have been trying to get this off the ground for ages...as you can all see, but
PL insuarance is the killer here. All the quotes were just too much $$$!!
I had everything ready to go, just no insuarance was the only stopper.
If you can get insuarance, or you know somewhere we can, let me know so I can
call them and get this thing off the ground...I am keen for skids!

    Cheers,

I am keen as to get this thing happening.
If we can find a cheap insuarance broker, then I can hire the track straight away.
I just got the Z20 back on the road with coilovers...so yeah = BOOYAH!

    Failing that...
Surely someone on here can remember the name of old mate instructor that held the
last JDMstyle/Toymods one that Koffee-black organised thru his mate?

Hey Bart , will be good to catch up soon.... you drifting sunday ?

re the skid pan , IDA have the insurance covered because they are affiliated with CAMS. CAMS insurance covers the public liabaility as its very difficuilt / expensive to organise it otherwise.

If you go onto the CAMS website it lists all the CAMS affilated clubs .... maybe you could work with one of them to run a combined day under their name then you covered.

    project-D might be a good option ?

    cheers
    Adrian

Time is priceless yet it costs us nothing.
You can do anything you want with it but you can't own it.
You can spend it but you can't keep it.
And once you've lost it, there is no getting it back, it's just gone."

    Allrighty boys and girls.

Public Liability is a massive headache
Should be finishing filling out the 5 page application form today....WTF!LOL
I am gonna put the 16/11/08... does this suit everyone???
Its a Sunday, I think that was the day most people said was easier?
Let me know guys. We can change the date later on, I just needed to put something
in to get the ball rolling. I don't think this is gonna be a quick process.

I need someone who is definately coming to have a First Aid Qualifications.
I think that makes it cheaper for us. And anyone with CAMS accreditation who
can come along and help on the day would be most appreciated.

    Thanks guys,
    Getting closer now.
Will let you know how it all goes.
As long as the insuarance quote is not off the hook, we should be able to pull this off.
