    Default 1GGZE Fan belt listing

Can anyone give me a fan belt list for the 1GGZE

When I did the engine mount I lost the power steering belt...

Could do with a complete list so I can get a belt set.

Also..spare waterpump. where do I find one ?

I'm only using three belts at the moment (no ps) but i think i've still got the belt somewhere... nope

the three are (sorry, don't know which is which anymore)
    4PK0940
    5PK0940
    4PK1245

The water pump was a bit harder to get (and $$$), ended up getting it through Castle Hill Toyota in NSW , think it was part number 16100-79055. took about 5 weeks to get here from japan (at cheaper cost)

    hope that helps a bit

Cheers, just need to work out which one is which now.

How much did the water pump cost

I just want to get one as a spare, mine is ok but who knows how long it will last

I think supercharger was the shortest, alt/water pump the longest and thinnest (my ac and ps aren't on at the moment)

Water pump was about $175 in 6 weeks, or in about a week could have been about $600

$175 for a brand new one is a damn good price.

The one I got was gonna be $200 for a reco(like you can reco them anyway).

Ended up getting a pretty clean 2nd hand one for $100..

Sorry to drag up an old thread, but I found the belts that were on my 1G-GZE originally, last night, and they differ slightly from above:

    4PK950
    5PK940
    4PK1260

I think the 5PK drives the S/C but my car is not handy to check.
Given the problems I have had with belts its worth being 100% spot on if you can.
    Cheers,
    Mitch.

Yeah Mitch, 5PK is definently the SC, seems like mine are a bit shorter than yours, especially the alt/water pump being 1245 vs 1260mm. See if you can get the shorter one to bring the alt back in a bit. (or have you fixed it ??) I found setting up the SC tension first, off the idlers then adjusting the alt was the easiest way to go.
    Cheers

My memory is poor and I have not yet found the receipt for the new belt purchase, but I reckon the 4PK1260 was the one I could not get, so I got a 1270 or 1280 instead. Maybe I really need the 1245 in the first place...
I will get to fix it this weekend with luck, and I will do it in the order you suggest too.
(Rep for you already as well).
    Cheers,
    Mitch.

Further to this I am thinking now that the 1245 was the original belt to my alt, and before I got this engine, that belt was replaced with a 1260. I then could not match the 1260, so I fitted a 1280.....<sigh>....
