TA-RA Suspension Set- ups What have you got??

Looking at overhauling the suspension in my TA23. Just wondering what people have in their cars?? I've done a little bit of reasearch but im still unsure of what to buy and what to avoid. Any info would be appreciated Could i also have a rough idea on prices too??

MR2 SW20 rear KYB AGX externally adjustbale inserts, shorter stroke
R33 skyline 4 piston calipers with custom bracket
R33 skyline disc's 298mm x 30mm diametre's RDA slotted

standard xt130 wheel bearings
RCA's (too be ordered)
S13 jic Adjustable strut tops

I've got Fulcrum springs and Monroe shocks in my RA23. Pretty crap combo to be honest. A coilover conversion similar to the above is what I'll be doing in future, and I'd be interested to hear what strut inserts are compatible with 23 struts (Koni sports would be nice).

I'm also interested to learn a bit more about what others have done to a TA22 suspension wise, I dunno exactly what I've got in mine (if they're still stockies or summin else..) but they definitely feel preeeeetty shabby..

IN 05 NT - that's quite an assortment of bits from several different cars you've got goin there.. It's good to know that sorta stuff can be done

xt130 struts 50mm (i think) shorter with ta22 sping perch
ln130/106 calipers
peugot 604 disks with 3mm milled off

rear has t series diff with skyline c210 disks and sonata v6 calipers
