*** August Social Event: Canberra Day Trip to TRD Workshop Saturday 23rd August***

Date: Saturday 23rd August

Time in Canberra for visit: 11am

Time for cruise to Canberra: 7am (6.45am meet)

Location: Sydney Olympic Park, Homebush Capark P6F.

This is going to be an awesome event, with Toymods being taken on a private tour of the TRD workshop in Canberra. This event is aimed to be quite flexible to allow for people to have as much much freedom and choice in how much time they are willing to dedicate to the event.

I have structured this event to be a day trip, leaving early Saturday morning, and returning Saturday afternoon after the visit and some lunch. (Expected return arrival 5-6pm in Sydney)

We will meet at Homebush P6F carpark before we all cruise down to Canberra where we will catch up with the Canberra lads at the factory.

For those keen to stay on in Canberra, 'The Stitt' is organsing Saturday night drinks and there is even a trip to the flower show on Sunday with River.

We will try to organise some TRD merchandise to be signed by Neal Bates and auction it off on the day.

Weekend of the 30th is South Coast Nationals and Shaun has already booked the house apparently

I'm hoping the Toymods cruise comes to Canberra on the 23rd

Last time was to try and search for Stitty's wagon so this will be under slightly better circumstances
