Just rolled back into Canberra and unloaded the car.... long day!

I'm fairly pleased with the night's results though first time in my life that I don't mind getting kicked out of an event

first timer and allready carnt wait till next wednesday, that was sooo much fun, my "stock" 3TGTE which pulled 104KW on dyno day ran a best of 15.4sec, my best start by far was my third run but going from 2nd gear to 5th gear half way down the track, that run was well into the 16s, anyway good to catch up to all that turned up, this is where the monthy meetings should be held ha ha cheers thomas.

Was a good night, congrats to all those that ran a new PB or layed down some great times on the first night at the track in their cars.

For anyone wondering why the blue Hilux from Canberra never left the line on its 3rd run, it twisted the front half of the tailshaft like a peice of licorice and snapped it in half.

At least it made use of the tail shaft loop

Fucken oath phil, that was an impressive run. I was in the stands and laughed out loud when i saw the time - it looked so settled too, like it did it easy.

Guess i missed catching up with a lot of people, sorry if i didn't say hi, bit hard to find people amongst the 100's of cars and hanger-ons.

Some of the best entertainment of the night was the P-platers in teh burnout comp though.

Fun night indeed, if a little chilly. Traction was hard to find with the Nexens so didn't get close to a sub 2 sec 60ft. Improved trap speed to 125mph but every run was skatey and just a tad scary I'm hoping a new look at the rear has the answer to getting stronger CVs in there.

damn that was a close match, so cut by jase running a 12.8 on his 1st EVER RUN!

cant believe that 1/2 a car is 0.4 seconds difference!

had a blast, and good runs up against jase, was good to catch up with some old mates and meet some new faces.

We had a quick stop at Sutton Forest for coffees and it was -1 there, damn it was cold compared to when we left Sydney.
