Bugger, i just realised i still havent fixed my battery down with a metal plate. Will they be anal about the plastic box being bolted down and the battery sitting in that with a battery strap or will i be okay this time round?

Was a great, but cold night. Plenty of cars and even had the announcers commenting on the amount of classic Celicas present. Congrats to all those guys who made the trek from ACT – were already in the line when i got there at 5.30

Few issues at the start. Black Golf just didn’t leave the line – first car too! Another guy performed his pass and backed off the throttle only to have his tailshaft uni destroy itself.

Here are some of the better shots i took, and apart from those shown i will leave the times to those who made them - and probably the only time that both timing boards worked!

Just got back now, had an absolute ball of a night! Most fun i've had in about ever...

Ran a best of 12.80 at 109mph... Ran another 12.88 @ 109mph and a 13.16 @ 109mph...
My 60fts arent much to brag about... Will have to get some more practice!

damn that was a close match, so cut by jase running a 12.8 on his 1st EVER RUN!

had a blast, and good runs up against jase, was good to catch up with some old mates and meet some new faces.

im pretty sure you had him till half track and then the mighty stock 1JZ kicked your girly modified 1G's arse to the line

Just rolled back into Canberra and unloaded the car.... long day!

I'm fairly pleased with the night's results though first time in my life that I don't mind getting kicked out of an event
