That is to say, akin to trying to give birth to a water buffalo through your nose

Ive even been thinking of getting there early, and parking the car until the 1st lot of passes, then lining up! That 1st pass is always a pisser!

And the government says there's not enough support for motorsportSeems the numbers at WSID now prove otherwise.
Yep, that does sound very ordninary, but I'll still go, go the day off work so I might as well.......

I've taken half the day off, so i'll get out there a bit earlier to make sure the cars ready for scruteneering, plus might have to bend some rulse for 1J rolla Rod and myself, blake too... Aparently side pipes arent aloud out on wednesday nights... Friday nights are okay, but wednesday is a no no...
Anyone confirm?
Cheers,
Jase
If you don't get any runs in you get a credit for racing next week at no charge although as soon as you've had your first pass that is out the window.
On a packed out night expect at least 3 runs still as they can't close the track until the majority of people have had three runs. Often on a quiet night you'll get 5, 6 or more.
Also remember that technically you need to run a complete exhaust (as in no diff dumpers or side pipes) although if the car isn't too loud you can often get through scrutineering (on the low) anyway. Enter at your own risk and don't come crying back if they don't let you through, I warned you!
Any other WSID related questions hit me up.
Also remember to bring long sleeved clothes, helmet, a tyre pressure gauge and your rego papers.
Blakey, did you have any issues when you showed up on the wednesday nights with your side pipe?
Cheers,
Jase

As i said Jase, technically you need a COMPLETE exhaust although this isn't enforced very often unless the vehicle is quite noisy. There's a DB limit as well. Just be nice to them and hope for the best.
never had a problem with my side pipe yet. been on there the last 3 times ive been.
