Buy a new remote from Toyota, shove it backwards into the slot in the glovebox for about 5 seconds, and it should them be programmed for use.
Cheers.
I have a 95 Camry with 5S-FE & have misplaced my immobiliser remote.
Does anyone know the programming instructions for it?

Wrong. if you don't have a remote that works you can't program a new one.
if you've lost all the remotes you'll need the numbers of the CIR(black box top left behind the glovebox)
the number will be "TS#######". then get toyota to get a pre-programmed remote for you.
it'll will come with instructions.
cost the same as a standard remote but will take a few days to arrive
Thanks Benno,
Toyota told me I needed an original remote or a whole replacement CIR.
I'll get the numbers & sus it out.
I only just found out that if you leave the reds on for 30 mins it deactivates the immobiliser so at least now I can drive it.
