LMAO at this thread!
I love the way everyone just ignored matt's pisspoor effort to bail on this.
Matt, if you really are pulling out (again?) i guess Phil can have your spot..? There's currently no one on the wait list! And i'd love to see the panno out there!

Why do these Wakefield Park days make me get out the credit card each time?
Just ordered 4 new adjustable swaybar droplinks (2 for the the front to replace the ones that are there, but are a little too long, for the Whiteline bar and now look decidedly unstraight...) and 2 for the rear so I can FINALLY mount up the rear swaybar, and some swaybar bush saddles for the same purpose.
mini digicam from Ed's groupbuy
2 x 2GB SD cards for footage and a stack of AAA batteries
Already replaced both front shocks and once the swaybars are done I'll be off for an alignment.
I guess in defence they are all things that were required... yes a camera is a requirementand the advent of the trackday just forces me to get things done.
I've blocked his posts.Originally Posted by -GT-
Yep, I grabbed a new drivers seat and a 5 point harness on Saturday and a rear swaybar. Which has all been put in a pile with all the other stuff I have bought in the past month that still needs to be fitted.Originally Posted by MR22ZZ
I see some late nights in the garage coming up.
Like brakes? I'm currently trying to decide if i can afford them... i know i need them, but do i need them?? Alignments are luxury items, sure i've had my front end out a few times, and the back needs to get pulled to re-weld that swaybar mount, but do i need one..?Originally Posted by MR22ZZ

Needs and wants, the line between them becomes blurred leading up to track days.
hehehe, I know the feeling of going into the fish-hook and coming up with nothing in the brakes department... yes they are NEEDED!!!
An upgrade however is somewhat optional.
That is where my next lot of research is directed...![]()

rechargeable sound like a goer if they charge that fast.
I'm just still used to the ones that take a few hours I guess which aren't really helpful out at the track when they run out.
not wrong, went all around town on the weekend looking for the varta charger...got one from woolies of all places
My sister has been using the Varta ones for ages with her MP3 player and camera.
the 15minute charge is just awesome, you can have a constant supply of batteries with that![]()
