Sorry man, just gets on my goat that the drift crew decided to hand a form of driving that has, well, been around since people started racing, a new name... and a lame one at that too.

Aside from the point that drifting is in fact 'grip' driving as well... if it were not, then they would not even be able to turn a corner.

$500 tow truck job back to sydney, unless you take your own trailer,

afaik not necessary (only for CAMS events, etc)... but generally a good idea

go buy a fire extinguisher you tight arses,

fire extringuisher $30 form repco,
2 bolts to mount said extinguisher $0.55c
NOT watching you machine burn to the ground, PRICELESS!

Fire extinguisher is not a requirement, but like Blake said, it's cheap insurance, just in case.

All the marshal huts have larger fire extinguishers as well if need be.
